FRIENDS OF THE ROYAL ACADEMY ANNIVERSARY PARTY
This event was held in the quadrangle entrance of the Academy on Piccadilly during their Summer Exhibition and themed around a medieval fancy dress party complete with mock jousting. At this event we were given our own marquee where we barbecued four English varieties of sausage served in a bread roll. Despite there being a hog roast, doughnuts and other foods on offer we still sold over a thousand sausages.

THE ROYAL TENNIS ASSOCIATION PARTY AT HAMPTON COURT
Here we catered for 120 members and guests in the walled garden of the palace. Erecting our own marquee we served up (excuse the pun) a selection of 8 different sausages together with mash and gravy, a selection of 4 salads including Taboule, with a choice of ice cream, sorbet or strawberries for sweet, finishing with real coffee. THE BALLET RAMBERT PARTY AT SADLER'S WELLS
This was a performance entitled God's Plenty based on Chaucer's Canterbury Tales with an after show dinner for the Friends of Sadler's Wells. Good old fashioned English sausages were considered apt and Biggles Lincolnshire fitted the bill.
